To be a coach means – particularly – to apply one´s thorough knowledge of organizations, their challenges, their reciprocal influences. I have to my credit a career initially spent in South America, in marketing and general management of domestic and international companies of mass consumption, services and telecommunications, inter alia. Fascinated by the leadership evolution, convinced that a leader’s behaviour is really important and that any change, even subtle, can make a big difference, knowing also what leaders go through, their challenges , their loneliness, I decided to bring my professional experience to the development of human potentials. Thanks to the unique vision of Transformational Presence Leadership and Coaching and other additional tools and approaches, I help my clients to embrace new opportunities and take the measure of all the talents they have to reach the goals they have chosen .
