Our Process

• Sessions usually follow the pattern of the « Inside-Out Spiral Model Process »: once the objective of the session is defined, a stage to reflect about the current situation helps to assess reality from different angles, before starting to explore the opportunities and potential it offers. Finally, strategy and concrete actions are designed , and the coachee is committed to implement them.
• Coaching sessions are conducted face-to-face in the Paris region, or by telephone and Skype. Our clients are located in different continents and our coaches are trained to work by telephone.
