We do it by networking and rely on a team of experienced certified professional coaches, who abide by the Code of Ethics of the International Coach Federation.

All assessments and tools  debriefs are done by professional coaches certified per area: Bar-On EQ-i 2.0 et 360°, 360 leadership feedback,  MBTI.

We are the first in France to be certified by and provide support for the « Human Potential Assessment » instrument developed by BeingatFull Potential.
